I want to run for the Board Of Directors for many reasons. I love organizing camp and making it the best week of the year for our campers and volunteers. I have been helping with events and camp for 12 years and enjoy our big camp family. I love volunteering for WALH, a wonderful organization. I like supporting organizations that give individuals with muscular dystrophy a fun and awarding camping experience and activities. One of the major reasons is having children with a form of this disease, camp was always something they waited for and loved. I love camp and love being able to help anyone that needs it. What I hope to contribute: I would love to help make camp an enjoyable time for everyone, planning events, fundraising, craft projects and more.
