Meeting called to order at 2:10pm
Minutes approved. 1st – Erica, 2nd – Kirsten
Camp Wawbeek will provide volunteers and medical staff at no charge if we don’t have coverage this year.
We may also use the archery range.
We are in the process of getting next year’s contract.
Summer Camp 2016 will be July 30th – August 5th.
Financial Report: $99131.19 in account.

We will be doing a survey on camp food and movie ideas.
Have movie in the field.
