Meeting called to order at 2:25 pm

Financial Report
CD is maturing.
Buffalo Wild Wings fundraiser made $32.60
Flower Power $141.00
Ruby Tuesdays $140.74
We also received a few donations.

2015 Summer Camp
Volunteers helping with check in at camp: Erica, Tyler, Mike, Scott and Linda
Kelly will get prizes for bingo.
Obstacle Course: Joe and Biff
Pool Party: Kirsten – drinks by the pool
Mike will get pictures to Scott and Linda for paintball targets.
Memorial Service – Erica, Tom and Mike
Movie Night: popcorn and theatre candy
Corvette Club is in for camp.
Scott and Linda might do the food for Saturday night.
15 campers and 9 volunteers signed up for camp
T-shirts will be forest green.
Ice Cream – buy in the Dells. Jim Coyne and his boss will match the funds. ($50 budget)

Pre-Camp Get Together at Han’s
August 1st, 2:00pm – ?
Poker game, bingo, obstacle course in field or in barn if raining.
Food, cookout, we will supply the meat and bring a dish to pass.
Start a poker league to run throughout the year – maybe start it at camp.
Becky is starting her third round of chemo and trying to work as much as possible. She was a meal drop off location if you would like to help her out with meals.
Fondy Car Show
July 26th, 8am – 4pm
We need volunteers at the event to help sell tickets for 50/50 raffle. They pick the winning ticket at 3 or 4. Be there and show appreciation. It is in a park. Maybe everyone could car pool.
Fundraiser at Hamburger Mary’s
We need 3-4 volunteers to help and 10 gift baskets for September 9th. We can have a donation basket, a 50/50 raffle and 10% of all sales that night.
2016 Raffle
Mary Kay will do and bring to camp to sell.
Raffle license has been renewed.
Mike will talk to Mary Kay about selling tickets for $5.00 each next year.
Fall Camp is October 23rd – 25th.
Summer Camp 2016 is July 30th – August 5th.
Next Meeting: Yearly summary for camp. Erica will give report.
